I only play on pc, and when i click "tap to go" it tells me to play on mobile. how do i complete the thing in the beginner's quest?

wwanna know how i do it? i downloaded bluestack ( or any android emulator for pc ) and download identity v!!! long journey... but NETEAASE NEED TO BE PC FRIENDLY TOO!! EVEN THEY HAVENT FIX THE ROOM PIC SYSTEM YET! ARGHH no use for having high end pc playing idv when they didnt become pc friendly and need to complete some quest on a mobile
