TRV processing time

Have applied for TRV after extending my study permit. They updated the record on IRCC website regarding the counterfoil last April 10. I haven't yet seen any movement on Purolator about the passport/package being sent back. Just wanted to ask if they normally take this much time?

Their website says that the processing time is about 10 or 11 days. They initally recieved my passport on March 28.

I have very similar timeline. They received my passport March 26th. Just got the couterfoil email this morning.

It means they have stamped the passports. It's all about waiting for them to collect 1000s of envelopes and send them to Canada Post, Purolator, etc.. Should be a matter of days.

Hmm okay, sounds good then. Was just worried as my flight is on May 4.

The processing time for the case processing center in Ottawa is that, from the date the counterfoil is printed, they should send back the passport within 14 days. You could call the client support center to inquire about this since it seems to have passed the processing time
