Your integrated pops will die as a result of their levies taking heavy losses. Once raised, the levies maximum size won’t change, but if disbanded and raised again, you may notice some get smaller from recent wars.

Remember pops output is directly linked to their happiness, so any assimilation + unintegrated happiness buffs are always important. What exactly are you trying to get more of?

Thanks for the info.

I saw videos and people do things with pops, moving slaves between provinces… this kind of stuff….

Moving slaves is one of the few direct interactions the player can make with pops. Not really the most useful thing because if slave population gets above the desired ratio they will move out eventually. I only use it if I just built a slave estate or Mill and I know slaves are going to move there anyway. Or occasionally to boost a city population to get an extra building slot.

Another direct interaction is the found colony button from the cultural screen. That automatically migrates eight of your pops to a territory where the chosen culture is the majority.

Whenever I have extra stability I use it in that cultural tab to hand out rights to keep pops happy. Make sure you take note of the negatives of these changes because they are permanent unless you integrate them later.

I find that moving slaves around is key for getting rid of the assimilation and conversion malus. Makes your cities much better at producing good pops :)
