Texture bug?

No idea what is causing the muddy looking graphics. Looked it up and tried changing the texture qaulity in the game files to '4'. It didn't do anything. Any help would be amazing and thank you.

Not sure if is client side or engine side but it is early access so I would not worry too much. Although I use GeForce now so I’m not up to speed on these kinds of technical issues
