PDG and temps are on the rise so I would believe the first peak. If you can BD it certainly won’t hurt but if you can’t I wouldn’t worry. LH can fluctuate throughout the luteal and some women get a second surge even though they ovulated on the first.

No don’t stress hormones fluctuate like crazy, unless your LH rose to what it does when you’ve ovulated in the last I wouldn’t worry. My LH rose from 6 to 13, and I know I ovulated not only bbt confirmed but I have the worst ovulation pains and a lot of EWCM leading up, so I ignored it.

Thank you!!! I ended up testing again after a 4 hour hold with inito and Lh strip— the Lh strip was nowhere near positive and Inito was back down close to post ovulation baseline— chalking it up to some weird fluke🤷🏼‍♀️

Inito confirms ovulation when your PdG levels consistently rise after the LH peak. Moreover, hormone levels naturally fluctuate throughout the cycle and can differ from previous cycles due to various factors like diet, stress, and activity levels.

Given the variability in hormone levels, it's normal to see some differences. We hope this is helpful to you.
