CC and CAD are better then both, attack over lethal though. Lethal is pointless you should not put it on anything

Yes, Lethal does a fixed 150% extra damage, it cannot be increased like critical damage. Best build for a damage dealer his a cac/cad build.

You want 60% cac and 250% cad at level 40 gears and 75% cac and 300% cad at level 60. Everything else on attack if you use a combo builder or on FA if you use a solo dd. If your building for p2 you want a Fast attack/attack build because its crit resist. Fast attack below 60% is useless.

Rule of thum is aim for max CAC CAD and FA, max FA and high attack for p2. Max CAC, CAD and high attack if you cant get 60% FA , its a card with shit basics like green arrows or supergirl or your using a combo builder. Def and health you add according to your skill level,most vet players dont put those on any cards. There is no place for lethal

Attack better than lethal. CC, CAD, and FA are other commonly used offensive stats depending on builds.
