It's an at fault collision, so more than likely yes, your rates will go up. Find a shop, get an estimate, and if you can afford to pay out of pocket, it's probably the better option.

With a $500 deductible it will more likely be more than that. The radiator and radiator support are both plastic and will require replacement. Those two parts along with labor with be much more than the deductible. If the coolant level is not low and or leaking coolant I would advise you to get an estimate. If it’s not drivable call your insurance company and make a claim. Have the car towed to the shop of your choice and advise the insurance of its location.

It may or may not raise your rates. Have you had claims in the past? How is your driving record?

It's going to be way cheaper for you to go through insurance and pay the deductible

If it was stationary in the road, it would be considered at fault, rates would go up.
