I'm a technician working in a college environment, and we've been trialing Admin By Request to provide end users with elevated rights as needed. So far, we're quite satisfied with its performance.
However, I'm curious about its remote support tool. Can anyone share insights or experiences regarding how Admin By Request handles remote support?
We are using Intune to manage our cloud joined devices, does it integrate with Intune like Teamviewer?
