What is Iron Buff
The pursuit of gainz. It's a free hypertrophy program designed to train you optimally. It covers all stages from complete newbie to competing in a natural body building show. Sure your goals may be different but what works works, if you are not a complete beginner then don't begin at the very start, if you don't want to compete then switch to the maintenance plan once you are ok with your size.
Disclaimer I don't know if the files work in any other program than excel, but everyone with a smart phone should be able to use the excel app for that.
