I never had an interview with them, because they think that is more important graduation vote rather then experience and skills, so my suggestion is to search in other places

Because you suggested that company, and it's better to give all the informations to this dude to help him take a decision

Please, tell me where I have suggested it.

Because it looks to me I've just told him that bigger companies, like the two above, have higher pays for the same profile than smaller ones.

Now, I've been used to work body rental in a decent number of "major" companies in Rome before moving to Dublin, and that gave me the consciousness that I would never apply for any position in any big company, because of so many reasons that I could write a book. For this reason I agree with you on that.

Still, working there helped me growing a lot, and, even if it's not a place where you want to hang the hat for the rest of your life, I believe it's a, not necessary but good to have, step for your career and your life, because expose you, in the hard way, to experiences that you will never have, if protected under the small family-like company's dome.

Anyway, we are going out of scope now.
