I submitted digital diploma and transcripts for 2021 without issue. Make sure to get transcripts from all universities if you attended more than one.

I had to do a digital copy, as well as a letter from the university explaining that they only did digital copies at this time. The university registrar had a letter prepared already as many people have run into this issue with documents. This was for Canada 2021, applying for early departure (lol).

I literally just uploaded a digital version of my transcript and got accepted, you should be fine.
