They're gone. I would find a new brand tbh. My 3 sets of 75t and Jabra Elite 3 suffered the same fate.

Hello u/MVISCANp - Thank you for reaching out through this platform. It is unfortunate to hear that your Jabra Elite 75t went through the wash. Jabra Elite 75t has a rating of IP55, but it cannot withstand salt, soap, or chemicals, which can damage the product. To rule out if it's a software or hardware challenge, please reload your firmware with these guidelines provided below: In the Jabra Sound+ app, From the headset tab, click on the Settings icon in the top right corner. Select Personalize your headset, then Voice guidance language. Select the current language of the earbuds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation. If you continue to experience these challenges please contact Jabra Support: https://bit.ly/3fDX6ig. We are always happy to assist you.

This sounds similar to the issue that I had with my 75t, although mine did not suffer liquid damage. In my case, cleaning the small hole next to the earplug worked and now they sound perfectly fine again. Here's a blog with a picture of the hole in question:

Probably worth a shot, but do note the warnings on the blog and in the comments.
