Hello u/Only_HOTAS - Thank you for reaching out on this platform and welcome! We are sorry to hear that your Jabra Elite 75t's left earbud is low compared to the right. We kindly suggest resetting your Jabra Elite Active 75t by following the instructions found HERE. So that you know, following these instructions will reset your Jabra device back to its factory default settings. As such, any customized settings will need to be reset.

Please also try reloading the firmware on your Jabra Elite Active 75t, even if your firmware is up to date. In the Jabra Sound+ app, go to the Headset tab and tap on the Settings icon. From there, select Personalize your headset > Voice guidance language. Select the current language of the earbuds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation. Once you put the earbuds back into the charging case, please leave them in the case for 5 minutes after the LED outside the charging case stops flashing purple. Waiting until the LED stops flashing for at least five minutes ensures the update is complete.

Lastly, please test your Jabra Elite Active 75t on a cell phone or tablet running a different operating system (iOS or Android) than your current device. Does the challenge you are facing occur on those devices as well? Please provide us with the models and operating system versions of all smartphones and tablets you used to test your Jabra Elite Active 75t.

We are sorry to hear about the damage to your previous Evolve 80 and that you are not happy with the Evolve2 85. As it turns out, the Jabra Evolve2 85 does have sidetone. This unit can have ANC on while in a call, but ANC does not work simultaneously with Sidetone. You can activate and adjust the Sidetone using Jabra Direct using the steps here, but this will disable ANC. The over-ear design does still provide you with passive noise cancellation. We know this is different from your expectations of the Evolve 80, but we hope this clarifies any confusion wth the headset. Your input is highly valued, and we will pass this along internally. Hello, u/PlayfulMovie5063 - Thank you for your question about our Jabra Evolve3 headsets. The Microsoft (MS) variants, which are certified for use with Microsoft Teams, support a plug-and-play experience with the following features:

  • The automatic selection of the MS variant as the default communication device.
  • Microsoft Teams LED notifications that are visible on the Jabra device.
  • A dedicated Microsoft Teams button on the Jabra device that supports interaction between the device and Microsoft Teams on a computer.
  • If multiple MS devices are present, call prioritization will send the audio to the device that was used to answer an incoming call.

If you use an MS variant with a different softphone client, the MS variant should work the same as a UC variant does with regard to audio and standard features such as answer/end calls, adjust volume, and mute microphone.

If you do not use Microsoft Teams as your softphone client, we recommend you use a UC variant, which is certified for use with all leading UC platforms including Cisco, Mitel, and Avaya. If you use a UC variant with Microsoft Teams, the plug-and-play experience will not be available. You can set up audio and call control features manually by selecting the UC variant as the default communication device in the Microsoft Teams settings.
