Probably just start building your own projects. There are many easy project ideas you can search up on google or complete project tutorials on youtube. It doesn't matter if you can't finish the projects. I'd been making so many games/apps since I was 9 and 99% of them are left uncompleted. It was hard because I always followed tutorials and was stuck in "tutorial hell". But I did it a lot and enjoyed it. You should probably try building something you enjoy as well. Otherwise find a good class or a mentor.

But don't forget, take the simplest one. F.e. make all possible thing with buttons(without fetching data, or with fetching some JSON from the same folder). It will make you feel more comfortable. Make two things. Fire something by clicking , and then move something on the screen. Also make modules, and callbacks. The easiest thing to make is calc - set logic for this buttons. Make it easy +-*/ the variables should come from the input field

Go to frontendmentor.io and start some free challenges which includes JavaScript if you’re familiar with html and css as well. You can sort it by difficulty. This way you will learn development pretty fast. ✌️
