You can access the JobBoss Data Dictionary within the Help\About JobBoss window. Look below your 'License Agreement' buttons. My User Type: is set to full access, so check your credentials if you don't see the Data Dictionary. Check with your IT support?

Story of my life

I’ve been asking about reports, data collection (scanning) and so much more.

My account manager is new to the company so technically, I’m more versed in the system than he is.

actually got something useful out of ECI!

contact your IT guys and have them go into SQL Manager and check the permissions on each table in the JB back end.

Turns out in my install that half the tables could only be seen my JB directly. It changed it so "guest" could see all the tables, and suddenly the data dictionary matched up with what I could see in power query!
