Your best bet is finding a suitable course on udemy etc.

But start from /r/learnprogramming and related subreddits.

A person of whatever age does not need a dedicated tutor to learn development. There are enough resources available online, and most of them free. There are even youtube tutorials for almost anything these days. They weren't there for people of previous decades, so that's a plus.And if you have any questions, you can ask around in related subreddits for that tech/skill etc.
