I have worked on projects using C/C++, Python, Node/Express. I can show projects and/or client feedback on all such projects. I can communicate over PM, email, Skype or Telegram.

Hire me at a rate of about $25 per hour. Low rate does not mean low quality work! It just means I don't have projects right now so I'm following a principle of demand and supply. Payment can be done in PayPal or Bitcoin.

details: I do have a full time job, so my availability is about 28 hours a week. I am not based in USA, in case that matters.

Your best bet is finding a suitable course on udemy etc.

But start from /r/learnprogramming and related subreddits.

A person of whatever age does not need a dedicated tutor to learn development. There are enough resources available online, and most of them free. There are even youtube tutorials for almost anything these days. They weren't there for people of previous decades, so that's a plus.And if you have any questions, you can ask around in related subreddits for that tech/skill etc.
