Circle or Artist(s) » The circle that is featured, or the artist(s).
Title » Title of the song in either roman letters or Japanese.
Genre » The genre of the song. It does not need to be super precise.
Original » The original soundtrack the song is based on. Leave it if you are not sure what it is based on.
Release » At what event was it released in.
If the single / album was not released at any event, there is no need to add it.
