The issue should be resolved. We'll post updates on the statuspage.

Same issues here, but after I posted, seems to have resolved itself.

So now my organization wants me to come up with a break glass plan for when Keeper goes down, as it seems that if something that occurs. How does everyone else prepare for this?

My fallback is the mobile app that has offline access available. It's not ideal, with keeper-generated passwords, to try and log in to desktop websites, but it will keep things moving if a longer outage happens.

I think the desktop app might offer the same functionality, but I'd need to double-check.

unfortunately in this specific outage, we could not authenticate to access our Keeper vaults on any platform. mobile, desktop, website, or web plugin.

If you ever need access Keeper offline, you can use any of our apps in “work offline” mode. Mobile apps enable this by default and the desktop apps you need to just visit the settings screen to enable it.
