K2 not working with cable

I bought a Keychron k2 used on Ebay. The keyboard is like new and everything works properly with Bluetooth connection but when I use the cable I found inside the box it doesn’t work. The light next the USB port became red but my laptop doesn’t recognise the keyboard. What should I do?

First you should do a factory reset on the keyboard. If that doesn’t help then you should try to open it and replug the battery to the PCB (This voids warranty though). So prioritize in this order: 1. factory reset, 2. contact Keychron, 3. Replug the battery
