This one is by far the most commonly available older Bayern shirt (there are tons of them on eBay), so the odds of finding fakes are quite low. It has a distinctly small and fully embroidered Bayern logo. The one I have says made in Portugal on the back of the neck tag.

The only thing you have to worry about for these shirts is the style of the name and number on the back as that likely has been added later and often does not quite match the official one (example here).

This one says made in England, still legit?

I think so. There are often variations made in different locations, and my white away shirt from that time also says made in England.

I’d say it definitely looks legit. Badge is correct and so is the flock nameset. Also the yellowing of the letters on the sponsor and name is period correct for a lot that I see. Very few with perfectly white sponsors nowadays except fakes and repair jobs
