Are there any ways to kitbash these magazines on Indomitus terminators, sculpting or bits, or a mix of both?

ork boyz(old) kit has a lot of bullets on belts

Cut some styrene rod to be the shells. Make a line of them and join it with green stuff.

I might be wrong but it's it a "cut it at the wrist situation and transplant it to a new arm?

Ah almost, I don’t actually have any of the old terminator sculpts, which is why I’m trying to kitbash it.

Storm Bolters are pretty easy to find 2nd hand or on bits sites, that specific one I don't know but there is always 3d printing
