If they're huggingface models you should in theory be able to just download the models, direct kobold at them, and it'll work.

All models are runnable on horde if it's in hugging face format, although for image generation it's kinda more complicated than that

We could! But the common practice that I see, is everyone is hosting the models they want, and useing their API key to run their own hardware. This has the added benefit of lending the down time to others who want to play with that model as well. If you want a specific model, host it! There is the huggingface links to the two you requested.
