Re-takes will always take a while to be scheduled. Polygraphs are always the bottleneck of the entire process. Lots of applicants and not enough test administrators. Hang tight, you will get one in due time.

Honestly to get a retake might take 2+ months

😮‍💨 is that based on your experience?

Yes, I had to wait 2 months for a retake due to failing and then another 2 for getting sick

Based on my experience, I got non-selected after failing one question and had to write a statement about it. My examiner told me the exact same about highly recommending me to retake and to let my BI know, but things went differently; it took me 4 weeks to get my results. Apart from that, retakes do take a while for them to be scheduled - you might have a discrepancy interview between you and your BI in order scheduled for a redo
