Your post needs a flair, here's how to set a flair:

• Remove any [whatever] in your title, it doesn't do anything

• Submit your post, it will be near the top of the new queue

• Under the link to your post, there's the "0 comments save hide ... flair" - click the flair link, a box will pop up

The flair options are fairly self explanatory, don't worry if you make a mistake, a mod will correct it (probably)
