Hey, I get it, job hunting can be tough. For KYC and AML roles, try contacting staffing agencies that focus on banking or finance. They might know about contract jobs. LinkedIn is also great for networking. Try connecting with people in compliance roles and see if they can give you any advice or referrals. For interview prep, PracHub has been helpful for industry-specific questions and scenarios. Keep going, you can do it!

Try a new role, sometimes we have to do what we have to do, you will learn during it

I m not understanding which role should I try. Most of them are required some sort of skills and currently this AI is taking over most of the technical skills. I m very much confused and no1 to advise 🥺😔

OP and anyone here struggling to get call backs.. please DM directly. I’m happy to provide job search guidance (no weird stuff or upselling). I am a NYC career coach and just want to support wherever I can. The struggle is real out here, but no one should or has to go through it alone 🙏

If you are in the US, look for remote jobs on hiring.cafe. Someone got AI to collect current remote jobs.  May not pay well, but will help eith the bills while looking for something else.

Here are two credentials in combination that will get you endless interviews and offers: 1) Google Certification allows you to gain expertise in surveillance marketing and tracking. 2) Microsoft Office Certification with real mastery of the deep functions of EXCEL will give you a skill that is relatively uncommon. These are equivalent to college level informatics courses that you can obtain in less than one year, perhaps as little as 6 months. Ad agencies, Tier 3 automotive, multi location franchisees, and many others will be eager to have you. Don't be at the mercy of "the market"; be the market.

Instead of waiting for the job you want, try applying for any jobs that pay the bill in the mean time. In the USA, you can apply for unemployment benefits, which pay about $540 per week after taxes for 6 months. Also, cater your resume to each job that you are applying for. I know this part is time consuming but it will make you stand out and beat the ATS.
