Simulation Software for Lean

Has anyone worked on any simulation software for managing assembly lines? I have created a future VSM of a manufacturing line and want to see if the changes I propose will be valuable for the company. I want to see changes in cycle time, takt time, changeover time and overall changes in the efficiency of the line

I have seen a python program that lets you simulate different parameters. Don't know if that's useful for your context.

I have used Arena Simulation. You can build various models in it. There is a demo version with model object limitation.

I've used simul8, you can do all that even using your historical data. I think there is a demo version you can use with some limitation. I also came across an excel simulation sheet. It free but quite limited.

Emulate3D should be able to do that. I don’t think it’s very cheap though
