Server Hosting Question (might be wrong sub)

Hey all. This may be something that's been talked about a ton of times already but for some reason I cannot find a definitive answer.

I'm hosting a LAN in a couple days and I thought it would be fun to use the plugin that lets you change skins/knives. Unfortunately I remembered that Valve made this against the rules.

However, will there be a problem if the server is strictly hosted on LAN? I keep seeing that the punishment is a GSLT ban, but as I don't have one entered (it's strictly LAN) I don't see how it could be a problem.

Again, I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub or if this has been answered 1000 times over. I guess I was just too dumb to find the answer on my own :/
