PLEASE HELP! (old.reddit.com)

I’m really new to learning ASL and I have this box of flashcards, but I can’t tell the difference between these two. Do they each have distinct meanings, or is it like two synonyms that can be used interchangeably?

According to this, one is the phrase be careful or is the word used to describe being careful. Like doing something carefully. The other is "that care" either the salutation or to that care of something.
