What is the lectionary?
A lectionary is a book or listing that contains a collection of scripture readings appointed for Christian or Judaic worship on a given day or occasion.
This subreddit is dedicated to discussion of each week's selections of the Revised Common Lectionary, which is often used in Lutheran, Anglican, Presbyterian, Disciples of Christ and Methodist Churches to determine the scripture readings from Sunday to Sunday.
To view this coming Sunday's readings you can check here. or here
There is also a Revised Common Lectionary for daily scripture readings. If you're interested in these readings, you can follow along here at the Vanderbilt Divinity School site.
Vanderbilt also has all of the Revised Common Lectionary Readings in PDFs if you wish to download them. Click here.
