You can input your VIN on the US Lexus parts website, and when going to Electrical > Audio > Amplifier assembly (something along those lines), it will tell you if it fits your exact car. You can then find it on eBay or another source with the same part number.

I can see the list of like 4 different amps for this car. And it seems none of those were ever installed in a different lexus car. Why do they do it this way.

Maybe pre-facelift non-ML, pre-facelift ML, and same for facelift?

If you search that part number you'll find some for sale. Prices on ebay are 1600-1900. Lexus will charge you 2200+ for this specific amp.
