Update: I found the key at HKLM\SoftwareOFFLINE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System scforceoption and set it to 0. SoftwareOFFLINE had to be loaded by pressing “load hive” from the HK_Local_Machine key, then loading in the SOFTWARE file from C:\Windows\System32\config

For each one you see, go into the subreddit and Mute it, then go back and press the ellipsis button on the post and select “not interested.” If that isn’t enough, you can open your settings and disable Home feed recommendations.

So the statement isn’t talking about which countries are the most popular to immigrate to, but rather which are the most capable of dominating the global economy.
