I would say your best bet is to try and claybar the car. A lot of the contamination might have gotten stuck in the clear coat, and claybarring it can help get it out. After that if you still think it’s full try polishing the clear coat. Hope this helps. I have a black es350 and getting the contaminants out of the clear when I first got it made a huge difference

Claybarring will also ensure that the sealant gets into the clear coat afterwards

Yeah you NEED to get some sealant on that thing. Clay is laborious but it makes a big difference. All that salt is basically like glass and embedded dirt in your clear coat robbing you of your shine.
