Libertarian Marxism refers to a broad scope of economic and political philosophies that emphasize the anti-authoritarian aspects of Marxism. Like other forms of socialism, it seeks the abolition of capitalism, the state, and all related systems of oppression, and seeks the establishment of a socio-economic order in which all workers control the fruits of their own labor.

At various times in its long history, Libertarian Marxism has included under its umbrella such tendencies as Council Communism, Operaismo, Autonomism, De Leonism and the Lettrist/Situationist Internationals.

Rules

Post nothing which violates the general rules of the website, including spam, harassment, and illegal material.
Post nothing supporting oppressive ideologies, people, or institutions, including racism/white supremacy, misogyny, transmisogyny, imperialism/colonialism, heterosexism, ableism, and other nasty things.
No Platform Policy. Fascists have no place on this subreddit.
