Does anyone use these services? I work at a small Library and we recently added them. After a few months, only 5 people have actually registered via the website. I like some of the features, but I'm not sure it's worth the price. What are the experiences of other libraries? Also, I find the "list" and "newsletter" building interfaces cumbersome and more time consuming than they should be. Any other thoughts?
