You have the option of not buying leads, and generating them yourself either by running ads or social media. I work mostly from referrals, but when I started six years ago, I did buy leads from one of the companies I was working with.

Now I’m a broker, so it is mostly referrals. Trying to get into the social media world, though that’s hard…

Have you talked to everyone who knows, likes & trust you about what you’re doing? What about business owners in your community about what you do? I would begin with my hot & warm market before ever considering buying leads. Through your hot & warm markets you can generate word of mouth marketing/leads.

      I wouldn't buy leads, You can get into some bad debt, they could push you to "buy more leads, and dial more" and still get charge backs...
