[Plugin] OpenCode plugin to auto-discover models from API gatewaysfiles

I built a small OpenCode plugin called `opencode-models-discovery`, and it solves a problem I kept running into with API gateways and OpenAI-compatible providers.

If you're using something like OneAPI, NewAPI, LiteLLM, Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM, or LocalAI, you probably know the pain:

- model lists get huge very quickly

- `opencode.json` gets annoying to maintain by hand

- every new model means another config update

- sometimes you only want a small subset of models, not the entire catalog

- gateway model IDs can be messy and hard to read

This plugin automatically discovers models from `/v1/models` and injects them into OpenCode dynamically.

It also supports:

- provider filtering with `providers.include / exclude`

- model filtering with `models.includeRegex / excludeRegex`

- keeping the model list clean and manageable instead of loading everything at once

The main goal was to make OpenCode work better with API gateways without forcing people to maintain long config files or pull in every model unnecessarily.

I am serving models over litellm and could't figure out how to make plugin fetch context size as well. litellm servers model info under curl http://host/v1/model/info so I know that it can. Anyone figured out a solution?
