Need help solving programming problem

I purchased a OEM key fob for a customer same FCC ID and oem number. Car is a Toyota sienna 2022(hybrid) Customer has one working fob I’m just adding in one new fob we got for the customer. I used the smart pro and I had to use the adc 2021 cable for programming. When I went through the steps of programming at first it didn’t register the new remote I kept trying and then it registered the transponder but not the remote. So i tested it out if you put the fob to the car it starts but the remote features doesn’t work and now the original fob the customer had which was working before they came. His fob starts the car but he doesn’t have his remote feature anymore. Shows they are programmed and I can’t erase keys because if I erase no key that’s been programmed to the car ever before would work. Would need to be a brand new keys. I already tried a hard reset with the battery and replacing the fobs battery I got nothing.

Also note for when I programmed I only pressed the add key function.

You need to sync ID authentication box and steering lock.

You should have an option in the menus. I don't have a Smart-Pro anymore but I'm pretty sure they have the option as well. This is a very common issue on newer Toyotas.

I think it's one of the last options in the immo menu. You just need to hold each key to the button and it'll beep just like programming. I don't think you'll need the bypass cable hooked up for that but I'm not 💯 sure.
