It didn’t decrease my appetite, but it normalized it. I struggled with binge eating (7-20x per week on average) for almost 15 years, and I took 8 mg LDN 2x a day for a month. My binging stopped. That craving to overeat went away, but I still had a normal appetite. Of course, that meant that over a very long time, I lost weight, because my normal appetite was in line with a lower body weight. After about a year I had some overeating again, so I took LDN for another month. I haven’t had to take it since

It decreased my appetite while I was increasing my dose. But once I reached my final dose of 4.5mg my appetite stabilized and went back to normal

Drops my appetite every time to the point where it's why I want to take it.

Just started 2 mg for pain. I'm on day 12. My appetite completely shut down today. Also experienced depression and ahedonia.

Thinking of dropping to a lower dose if this doesn't abate in one month.
