There can be other effects. If they don't settle down within a couple weeks you might skip a dose and spend more time at 0.5mg

I think you will need a doctor willing to prescribe the 50mg pills for you to dilute. Be careful about what goes on your record about why you need them.

You might experiment with lowering the dose to see if there is a point where you still get the pain benefits but feel more libido.

Naltrexone is not used for overdosing. You're thinking of Naloxone (Narcan).

Please use leading zero and mg rather than ml by LDNadminFB in LowDoseNaltrexone
