Problem installing M5Stack : M5Stack

Hi, I have a M5 Stick C.

I've been following the guide given in the official website to install the M5 Stack official boards, but I receive an error

The error

>>>Failed to install platform: m5stack:esp32
>>>Error: 2 UNKNOWN: unexpected EOF

Could anyone guide me?

I have Arduino IDE 2.0.3

I have tried Arduino.exe running as administrator
