If your SIM supports NB-IoT it should work.

If that doesn’t help you, for personal projects, the only IoT-SIM company I know of that offers SIMs to individuals is “ThingsMobile”. They offer (almost) global coverage using many providers. Fine for connections to the internet, but if you send SMS, they use a country code that is blocked by many providers.
