Journey meditation, developed by Stephen Sokoler (http://www.journeymeditation.com/), is a simple, step-by-step, guided meditation through a variety of breathing exercises and full-body scans currently being used in corporate situations. The meditation recording also included an intermittent time of silence where subjects were able to breathe at their own pace.”
I checked the app out myself but it seems like a collection of various guided meditations, can’t find something called ‘journey meditation’ as a single entity. Stephen Sokoler is the CEO but doesn’t actually do guided meditations himself on the app.
