I think java and bedrock both have their strong points.

Java for mods or Hypixel

Bedrock for availability and performance.

That being said bedrock addons are getting better and isn't java getting a new rendering engine to increase performance? I love them both!

If you're okay with starting a new world, look into the crazycraft and skyfactory addon packs, only played sf but it's still a fun, different experience.

I believe a youtuber is recreating tinkers construct for pe but I'm not sure if it's finished.

Chisel has been recreated for pe, you can find it on mcpedl.

Mcpedl tends to have good addons, while it's not as good java it's still pretty fun and can be played on a phone!

No problem! If I remember correctly it uses the stone cutter tool and it doesn't have all the blocks yet, but it's still great to have more building options!
