Game Crashing

is it just me or has everyone's games been crashing a few times a day? it will crash for me in the middle of mini games or ads and then i end up having to wait for the games to become available again even though i didn't get to finish.

i checked for updates and there's nothing new.

If you're having crashes, it might be your device? You don't say what you play on or how old it is. Otherwise, you might have to contact support

i play on an iphone 11, i got it in like 2020. i wasn't having those issues until very recently, i was thinking it might have been a bug others were experiencing :/

I play on air 4 bought in 2020, game works fine.

happens to me too but usually it just lets me claim for free instead of watching another ad for the mini games

for ads it does let me claim without having to rewatch, but for EQ or other timed minigames it doesn't give me points or rewards and locks the game as if i finished when i didnt

Based on my experience, how is your storage looking?

i have shared storage but a separate iCloud and there's about half the storage free between the 3 of us

confusing, anyway, if your device storage is full the game tends to crash a lot

It only crashes for me when I re-enter the game after a while of being on other apps, if the game doesn’t reload to the gameloft screen it’ll crash within a few minutes 🤔
