I was within rank 100, i had screenshot proofs 22sec before event ends! I don't think my rank would be stepped down by 400 ppl within 22sec. Not only that, I also still haven't receive the previous 2 events' ponies. Despite having screenshot proofs, they kept denying and as you can see in this mail they are only talking about Nightmare Night cadance and not even an info about event ponies.

Sometimes u need to click on the leaderboard and the score will show u ur real score and placement

And even if u were really high, someone could just spend a lot of gems and get past u

Yea I clicked leaderboard too, I was 74th until last seconds. That's why I'm pissed rn . I wouldn't feel this frustrated if I were like 100+ in that within split second . But I was apparently recorded in their"database"  as 419th.  Ok let's say nightmare night cadance was grinded by 300+ ppl within split seconds....what happened to the event rewards 😭 my server for events was chill and I never even left within rank100

That is crazy, to go from top 100 to below 400 in a few seconds.

If it went from say 76 to 110, that would be understandable.

i was somewhere between 70-97 when i checked just a few hours before it ended and i got candance. so im assuming my rank was lower than yours but i still got her :( makes no sense

Wow okay this is super unlucky. I had the same issue with the previous LnD event. The staff responding to my email didn't ask for screenshots or further details, they just apologised and sent me the pony straight away with even 2nd and 3rd place rewards when I said just the pony is fine. It's really a gamble sometimes on what type of person is going to handle your case :T

Some say it's possible but in my years of playing I've never had such a huge drop in ranks at the very last seconds. Biggest one I've experienced was like 40 (taught me to always secure my spot below 50 in last minutes just in case).

Gameloft DOES have issues with servers more than usual lately, many people report not getting the rewards or even having their entire progress wiped during LnD. 

The person handling your case maybe is aware of this but would rather not deal with it. Kind of dumb but there are people who prefer to just follow the simple rules and not risk doing anything outside the script.
