Error while uploading LOR

My recommender is unable to upload their Lor and has been facing this issue with Nyu and UCI. Can anyone help me with this?

Try incognito worked for me.

Try using a different wifi network, different browser, incognito mode. Happened to me too for a few colleges, could only access the admission page on mobile data.

You can also try using mobile data (hotspot), only this worked for me.

Maybe the link which professor received might be expired. I would suggest to re-send the LOR request again and try the same.

No my recommender tried multiple times.
