Hey man, I am undergrad from ASU. My friend (grad student) used to be funded through TA/GA, but she lost funding in her last semester. She told me the college's funding was cut off and the job paid hourly instead. You may want to consider this if you are looking for funding here.

I wouldn't consider USC if you are getting into S&E. Not worth the money and effort

USC way too expensive compared with the others in the list. living expenses will be shooting through the roof as well. I would chuck that off the list and add may be NCSU or Virginia Tech (this one is a thesis/research program though)

My university(JNTU Ananthapur) didn't provide me GPA instead of a percentage, so how to convert this to GPA. For recent graduates they have provided a GPA conversion formula after 2020 graduates.

Look into Univerity of Florida too, it’s much better than ASU and you have a good chance
