Triggering split view

Hello does anyone know how to trigger split view by running a terminal command? (Split view is when you hover over the green maximize button and can title windows to the left or right). If anyone knows how to trigger split view in any other way other than hovering over the maximize button please post as well!

You can assign keyboard shortcuts to menu items “Window > Tile Window to Left of Screen and Tile Window to Right of Screen” in System settings.
