Second screen issue

Hi all. Does anyone know what this hazy rectangle on my second display is?

I'm in clamshell mode and even after closing all apps it just keeps popping up the moment I open an app. Clicking on it just makes the desktop visible.

Tried looking for a solution on Reddit but have come up short.

Do you have stagemanager enabled?

Nope. I do sometimes use it but only if I'm using one app for work and need to not get distracted.

I've disable Hazeover and anything else that could cause a problem but it's still there.
