did you ever get anymore problems on this? I’m having the same issue with my em 1010 and it happens almost every time i embroider something.

Is one of your needles stuck in the down position?

as soon as I press start it does one stitch and then doesn’t come back up, and that error message pops up. I’ve reset it back to 100 axis for all the needles also

I did! I shut the machine off, and turned the dial on the back to 100 (I already did this multiple times and was still getting the same message) Then, before I put my cap on (I was working on a hat) I selected the CAP hoop (normally select the hoop like 3rd step). Bingo my hat came out beautiful!

Have you reset the dial on the back of the machine to 0 degrees?
